Drinking water is rarely a bad thing, but it just got even better: a German study showed that after drinking 17 ounces of water, the participants' metabolism had an increase of about 30 percent. Just one of many reasons to hydrate with water.

I will definitely try adding some egg yolks for extra vitamins.
