Reasons to exercise
- Feel more energetic
- Keep your body healthy and strong
- Weight management (maintain the weight that is right for you
- Sleep better
- Keeps your mind and memory strong
- Decreases risk of heart disease
- Boosts your immune system (to help fight off all sorts of diseases!)
- Improves your mood (feel happier and get rid of stress!)
- Boost your confidence (sense of accomplishment and feeling strong)
- Strengthens your bones
- When you are stronger and have more energy you will be able to accomplish more of what you love to do.
- It’s fun!
Exercise a little bit everyday, you won't regret it!
