We always recommend setting aside time to really focus on your workout, but remember every little bit counts. Many of the exercises in the Exercise Library, especially the Combo Moves, are great to do while you watch TV. Keep weights and open space in your TV area. If nothing else, start with a few reps during the commercials! And remember it's important to do the same amount of reps on each side (so you might still have to do some counting while you watch). And SAFETY is the most important. Make sure you warm up, maintain good form, and cool down
(we also recommend static stretching).
